staring blanking at this post. i don't even know what to write anymore. i was reading about sleeping cycles yesterday to see if i could improve on my ways of sleeping and the quality of my sleep but somehow im still very very tired.
so there are like 4 stages in sleeping:
- transition to sleep
- light sleep
- deep sleep
- REM sleep
i literally just slept for hour an hour while trying to do chemistry. then i wasted my day doing bio. but i didnt get anything finished. im so scared of blocks.
SLEEP DEPRIVED much.
i can't do this anymore. studying is an ass
i can't do anything anymore. i didn't even get of the house this whole weekend. wtf
